T'ai Chi is an ancient Chinese excercise which balances the Yin and Yang. It is characterized by soft flowing movement that emphasize percision and grace rather than brute strength. T'ai Chi is both mindful and meditative. Daily practice of T'ai Chi can bring you innumerable benefits. The purpose of our T'ai Chi programs is to teach you the necessary basics to improve your balance, flexbility, circulation and to enhance your concentration and fitness. Most importantly, by practicing T'ai Chi, you can empower yourself and gain the ability to re-open blocked Chi channels to ensure a healthier life.

Dr. Wen's T'ai Chi program is divided into three levels. In the Beginner's level, students are taught the simple body movements to increase circulation, enhance balance and use physical motion to stregthen the internal Chi.

Intermediate students are taugh a variety of internal techniques of T'ai Chi. The purpose of these techniques is to increase concentration and elevate T'ai Chi motions to achieve a mindful practice and thus further enhancing the benifit of T'ai Chi.

Advance student, are taught the skills to regulate internal Chi flow and how to use Chi to stregthen the physical body. By practing T'ai Chi in its advance stage. One can gain the relevation of the meaning of nature and life.

Throught the regulation of posture and application of movements, Tai Chi excercise stregthen the external body and the internal Chi . Tai Chi strengthen Zang Fu organ Chi and invigorate the merdian Chi to enhance their function. Enhanced Chi can improve and bring the potential of the human body into full play and to achieve the purpose of preventing and treating disease.
